been increased last time.

10 Galley / mess rooms / provision stores (temperatures)
11 ISM Forms : rest working hours / ship working arrangement / muster list / emergency
records of drills / voyage plan berth to berth with all information’s / signed and stamped by
master and off in charge / chart 2282 / 2284 / 2230 and others for your trip to be updated
12 Drills : abandon with launching lifeboat / fire drill / entry enclosed space drill - to be done by
crew perfect.
13 Compass magnetic error log - to be correct recorded with min. one record per watch
14 Deck log book with all information’s recorded
15 Internal Safety Audit from the last PSC Paris Mou Inspection with corrective action for each
deficiencies of the report if the vessel was detained. Last Internal Safety Audit as per
Company Schedule.
16 Safety clothes for all crew - overall / helmet / safety shoes...
17 Test with MF_HF DSC / VHF / VHF GMDSS portable
18 Radio log book to be correct recorded.
19 And more others.
